Mentors are already waiting for incoming ERASMUS students

Mentors are already waiting for incoming ERASMUS students! There were two productive and joyful trainings organized, where everyone was able to come up with their ideas how to make this semester unforgettable for our Mentees! During trainings for the mentors many topics, such as events and trips planning were discussed. Also, all the mentors were given useful tips how to help their mentees in different situations – just to make their stay in Vilnius as comfortable as possible. Moreover, to be sure about mentors’ competences while working with mentees rules for mentors were written, where values such as tolerance, patience, friendship were pointed out.
