VIKO International Student Ambassadors
International Students’ Ambassadors’ aim is to advise prospective students, provide information about Vilnius kolegija / Higher Education Institution (VIKO) activities, life in Lithuania and offer an insight into the daily life of international students in Vilnius – the capital of Lithuania. Ambassadors are all studying at or graduated from VIKO and have had the experience in applying for a temporary residence permit (TRP), using VFS services, legalizing PCC, choosing the study programs and getting adapted to life in Lithuania in general.
In addition to answering questions, VIKO International Students’ Ambassadors help VIKO with hosting events, give campus tours, share information and experiences in social media.

I chose Lithuania because it’s a modern Northern European country and European union member who offer high quality of education, allowing me to obtain internationally recognized diploma at reasonable cost , When I return to my country this diploma will give me priority in employment , also the opportunity to study in English and peruse my passion for studying hotel and restaurant business a programme which isn’t wildly available in Algeria plus the local programme isn’t internationally recognized and is taught in French. Additionally, the friendly, and well-educated people in Lithuania along with the country’s safety and it’s welcoming. Attitude towards international students, further influenced my decision.
