Cooperation with Mansoura University

On February 17-21, Gitana Mečėjienė, Head of the Banking Department at the Faculty of Economics, and Virginija Andriusevičienė, lecturer of the Foreign Language Centre, visited Mansoura University in Egypt under Erasmus+ programme. They  delivered lectures to the students and, together with colleagues from Romania and Estonia, participated in various events, held by the University. During the visit the lecturers met the Vice Rector of the University, the Dean and Vice Dean of the Faculty of Commerce as well as other administrate staff members, and visited the Exchange and Banking Training and Simulation Labs. Further cooperation possibilities were discussed. In their free time the lecturers enjoyed a rich cultural programme which included visits to the most famous historical sights in Cairo, and benefited from intercultural communication experience.
