Career Prospects
Graduates will be able to work as hotel and restaurant assistant managers, receptionists, sales or booking managers, to plan events, conferences, manage departmental work, establish hospitality enterprises (café, restaurant, hotel, etc.) and supervise them.
Learning Outcomes
You will be able to:
- Understand and be able to apply business management principles and the latest management theories in practical hospitality activities;
- To understand the basics of theories of social, humanities and other sciences, to be able to apply them harmoniously in the creation and management of hospitality business.
- Collect, systemize, analyze and summarize empirical (quantitative and qualitative) research data, identify hospitality business management problems and choose methods of solving hospitality business management problems to fulfill the tasks, integrating modern information technologies.
- Independently (creatively and critically) apply scientific and professional knowledge in hospitality business management.
- Apply modern technologies to manage hospitality business processes.
- To communicate verbally and in writing in a reasoned manner on the issues of creation, management and development of the hospitality business, guided by professional ethics and public spirit.
