Career Prospects
Graphic design specialist may work in publishing houses, advertising agencies or companies, in the editorial offices of newspapers and magazines, and carry out individual activities by obtaining a business license or performing private contracts. Studies can be continued by choosing higher education university study programs.
Learning Outcomes
You will be able to:
- graduate of the program will understand the professional and cultural context;
- will know the variety of publishing and visual communication tools, their specific possibilities, special professional terminology and areas of graphic design activities;
- will be able to sketch, illustrate and graphically express thoughts;
- convey information messages by graphic means, collect the necessary information from various information sources;
- will be able to define the design conditions and purposefully apply the tools and technologies required for the project, work safety requirements;
- will be able to conduct research and apply its results in creating a graphic design project concept, implement it in practice, present the final result of his own or team activities, organize technical preparation of graphic design works for production, anticipate project development opportunities, solve implementation and financing problems, communicate with clients and business partners at home and abroad and work in a team;
- will know the basic concepts of entrepreneurship, market economy knowledge, legal and professional ethics, will be able to reflect the study process, deepen the knowledge in professional field, will follow the innovations and the latest trends in graphic design.
