Learning Outcomes

You will be able to:

  • work independently and in a team, solve problems, and make decisions;·
  • understand the importance of personal lifelong learning and prepare for it;·
  • analyse the current situation, evaluate the results obtained and make decisions;·
  • use databases and other information sources in science and engineering to find professional information; ·
  • characterise the biological properties of plants, and regularities in plant development; ·
  • evaluate plant growth conditions and choose plant propagation, cultivation and maintenance technologies;·
  • apply the knowledge of the stylistic development of landscape architecture;·
  • convey ideas and solutions using drawing and computer graphics software;·
  • develop functional aesthetic and artistic greenery projects;·
  • prepare a technical project of greenery development and management;·
  • harmoniously shape the landscape with small landscape architecture structures;·
  • apply the knowledge of engineering and other areas of environmental management; ·
  • analyse the landscape and cherish landscape values;·
  • install green spaces according to a project and maintain them;·
  • apply the technological knowledge of environmental building materials, products and processes;·
  • organise the company (subdivision) activities, apply the knowledge of accounting and management.
