Career prospects
Graduates of the programme will be able to work as management specialists in business organizations or public institutions, lead teams, manage human resources or other departments, and oversee entire organizations. They will be capable of effectively managing human resources, applying smart management methods and modern administrative principles, leading projects, carrying out project-based activities, and providing consulting services to companies.
The specialisations in Entrepreneurship and Innovation Management provide graduates with opportunities not only to successfully integrate into the labour market but also to create and develop their own businesses, implement innovations within organizations, initiate change, and contribute to enhancing organizational competitiveness.
Learning outcomes
Graduates will be able to:
- Explain the main management theories and functions, and apply them to coherently plan, organise, manage, and improve managerial processes in organisations or their departments.
- Describe and analyse the external political, economic, social, legal, and other environments of an organisation, and apply the fundamentals of financial accounting, marketing, and other process management areas in organisational practice.
- Investigate and analyse the social environment and formulate conclusions based on data analysis.
- Collect, systematise, analyse, and summarise data from empirical quantitative and qualitative research, formulate well-reasoned conclusions, and provide rational recommendations for solving management problems in organisations or their departments.
- Independently, creatively, and critically apply scientific and professional knowledge to manage and improve management processes.
- Use modern and innovative technologies in various organisational activities.
- Apply the principles of social responsibility and professional ethics, and make sustainable management decisions.
- Collect, structure, and analyse organisational performance data, evaluate the results of management functions, and provide suggestions for management improvement.
- Communicate effectively, both orally and in writing, with specialists from various fields and stakeholders in both the native and foreign languages, and work professionally both independently and in teams, adapting smoothly in a multicultural working environment.
- Apply the principles of professional ethics, social justice, citizenship, and sustainability in a professional environment.
