How to apply?
NOTE VIKO has intake only once a year for autumn semester!
Key dates for 2026 intake
- application period opens: 1 January 2026
- application deadline: 31 March 2026
- beginning of studies: 1 September 2026
Applicants must submit the following documents through the VIKO Admission Information System:
- Copy of an identity document (passport).
- Copies of qualification (education) documents (certificate and its supplement).
Education documents must be legalized or certified with an Apostille, except when the documents are issued by institutions in the European Union, EEA, USA, Russia, Belarus, Moldova, or Ukraine. - Copy of the payment receipt confirming the non-refundable application fee of 100 Euros paid to VIKO account:

NOTES:
- State clearly your full name in the bank transfer description.
- Check the document submission requirements when logging in to the VIKO Admission Information System.
- Never change the e-mail address used for your application.
Scans of Document
All submitted scans must be made from original documents. Scans must be in color, of good quality, and clearly legible.
Translation of Documents
Documents issued in English do not require translation. Documents issued in other languages must be accompanied by an official translation into Lithuanian or English, along with the original documents.
Applications will not be considered if the applicant:
- Submits documents after the deadline.
- Fails to submit all required documents.
- Submits documents not through the VIKO Admission Information System.
