Admission procedure for Erasmus+ students

THE DEADLINES FOR EXCHANGE ARE:

Autumn Semester:
15th April – Nominations (to be completed by the sending institution)
31st May – Documents (to be filled/sent by students)
Spring Semester:
31st October – Nominations (to be completed by the sending institution)
30th November – Documents (to be filled/sent by students)
 
FOR SENDING INSTITUTIONS:

Please nominate your student via our Online Nominations Form (Only the institutional coordinator at the sending institution is authorized to make this nomination).
 
FOR STUDENTS (who are coming to VIKO for study-mobility in order to study subjects for 5 months)
Please fill the N1-2 forms online and send N3-6 documents via email to incoming@viko.lt before the above-mentioned deadline:

FOR STUDENTS (who are coming to VIKO or a company for placement/internship)
Please fill the N1-2 forms online and send N3-7 documents via email to incoming@viko.lt before the above-mentioned deadline:

In order to ensure successful exchange at VIKO, please follow the above provided instructions – fill forms online and send the requested documents to incoming@viko.lt  before the end of the named exchange deadline.
 

The letter of admission will be sent to sending institutions’ contact named in nomination form and the student after the deadline of admission.

For non-EU Partner Countries separate bilateral agreement is needed. If your students are interested in Exchange studies at our university, please inform about them by email: incoming@viko.lt. You will be informed about application procedures individually by VIKO International Relations Office.
