For non-academic staff

Non-academic staff mobility is designed for administrative and technical staff from higher education institutions (HEIs) to undergo training at HEIs in Europe. It focuses on professional development through job shadowing, observation periods, or specialized training events and staff weeks.
Staff from HEIs in the countries listed below are invited for a 2–5 days training visit.

European Union (EU) Member States: Belgium, Bulgaria, Czech Republic, Denmark, Germany, Estonia, Ireland, Greece, Spain, France, Croatia, Italy, Cyprus, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Hungary, Malta, Netherlands, Austria, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovenia, Slovakia, Finland and Sweden.

Third countries associated to the Programme: North Macedonia, Serbia, Iceland, Liechtenstein, Norway and Turkey.

How to participate?

Please submit the ONLINE APPLICATION between September 1st and May 31st of the current academic year:

Submitted applications are reviewed by faculties/departments within 10 working days.
Selection is based on the proposed training programme.
Applicants are notified of the faculty/department decision within 2 working days after the decision is being made.

Funding

Staff members wishing to participate in Erasmus+ exchange should contact the department at their higher education institution responsible for internationalization and exchange regarding visit funding.
