International Teaching Week
We sincerely thank all our international guests, partners, lecturers, and the entire VIKO team for their contribution to making this week such a success. It was a productive, engaging, and inspiring time that once again highlighted the value and strength of international cooperation.
Throughout the week, participants took part in various seminars and lectures covering relevant topics – from innovative teaching methods and fostering creativity to sustainability in higher education and the commercialization of research results. Guests also visited VIKO faculties, where they learned more about our study programmes, met lecturers and students, and got a feel for the academic environment.
Equally important were the cultural and informal activities – guided tours of Vilnius Old Town and the Palace of the Grand Dukes of Lithuania, all leading up to the grand finale: a trip to Trakai. There, participants joined engaging educational activities, discovered Lithuanian history and traditions, and enjoyed the stunning landscape of Trakai.
We are extremely happy to have had our HEROES Alliance partners joining this week too. Thank you to everyone who participated, contributed, shared their experiences, and helped create such a warm and welcoming international atmosphere. Until next time at VIKO!
