During the first week of March Vilniaus kolegija organized annual International (Teaching) Week (IW). This year IW hosted lecturers from 20 countries.

During International Week (IW) opening we welcomed participants from more than 20 countries. IW – an initiative that has already become a tradition, attracting more and more foreign lecturers who want to share knowledge with VIKO students and exchange experiences with colleagues from all over the world.

After the lectures, the guests had the opportunity to get acquainted with Lithuanian culture by testing line and folk dances, visiting the National Museum – Palace of the Grand Dukes of Lithuania, the Old Town of Vilnius and Trakai.

On the last day we asked our students what does it mean to be an international student? Their experiences helped to understand how students from different cultures feel in our culture and how Lithuanians adapt to the academic culture at foreign countries.
