Project aim: to produce a manual with the models of inclusive education of the different participating countries and a created transnational model with all the best components together in the languages of participating countries to be used in teacher preparation for the development of competencies and talents of children in inclusive classrooms.

Project aim: to create new strategies for efficient collaboration between working life and educational institutions. This is going to be reached it by bringing the experience of different countries together in terms of learning from each other and making this way the collaboration more efficient and more similar in Nordic-Baltic area.
