Project aim: The project, joining the Lithuanian Association of Hotels and Restaurants and 6 high schools, will enable students to practice in teams combining students from different fields of study, and through innovative co-operation between a mentor and a student. The methods of smart practice will strengthen their general skills and will be developed to improve general skills, and will organize training for students and their practitioners.

Project aim: to form students’ entrepreneurial mindset, entrepreneurial skills and abilities, to promote and support student initiative and creativity in implementing social innovations. The project aims to create an innovative online model of social entrepreneurship education, integrate it into studies and thus increase the employability of students and contribute to the development of gender equality in society. In addition, the project provides for the creation of an international online platform for discussing innovative business ideas with a view to introducing them to the market.

European Quality Assurance in Transnational VET Mobility through Socially Responsible Behavior

Project aim: Project sets the overall aim to improve quality assurance in transnational VET mobility through socially responsible behavior of all VET mobility actors, thus promoting and further developing quality in mobility and sustaining learning outcomes. Specific objectives are: to provide mobility organizers with an innovative framework to assess, monitor and promote QA and sustainability at all stages of VET mobility; to foster mobility organizers to verify and continuously improve the quality of mobility activities through the development of a new to date practical approach for self-audit; to enhance applicability and facilitate transferability of the project innovative approach through the provision of a set of recommendations, strategies and good implementation practices.

Project aim: Development of Nonviolent Communication skills in schools by implementing a mediation system. The objectives of the project are: enhancing school educators’ professional development through the development of mediation training programme and organization of training; fostering pupils’ conflict resolution skills through development of training programme and organization of training activities; raising awareness of mediation as an effective method for Nonviolent Communication within school communities.

Project aim: Realisation of IPP online courses on the theme of parenting; Organisation and hosting of a yearly meeting of the consortium team of lecturers in one of the participating countries involved in the online programme to evaluate and to adapt the online courses and to prepare the intensive study programmes for the students. During these meetings, the team will respond within this scope to the needs of the hosting organisation and participate in their educational activities; Organisation and hosting, on a yearly basis, of a study exchange programme for students in one of the participating countries; Organisation of a conference as a multiplier event; Participation in international conferences; Joint activities with organisations working in the field of parental participation.
