The COVID-19 pandemic has put the world into quarantine and impacted billions of lives around the world. In addition to the threat to public health, the economic and social disruption affected the long-term livelihoods of millions and the survivability of businesses and labor market. As the COVID-19 pandemic continues to evolve, there has never been a more pressing need for organisations to re-think, re-strategize and re-configure their businesses for a changed world and plan for what’s next. Various innovations and opportunities for transformation are emerging to address the immediate and long-term challenges of the COVID crisis. Today the scientific, innovation, and business communities are working intensely to support emergency responses and world disruption challenges.
