VIKO representative attends high-level meeting on the future of European universities
Last week dr. Jolanta Preidienė, Head of International Relations and Projects Department of VIKO, together with Sofie Mols, President of HEROES, Piet Van Hove, Secretary General of HEROES, and Joep Houterman, Rector of Fontys UAS (the Netherlands), represented HEROES Alliance in a High-Level meeting ‘Shaping the future: European Universities alliances for a Competitive Europe”, organized by the European Commission on February 26-27.
This valuable meeting fostered a platform for sharing experiences, learning from each other, and strengthening our collective mission. Participants reflected on the achievements of the European Universities initiative, discussed remaining challenges, and identified the strategies to continue making this initiative a long-term success.
