Visit to AmerisourceBergen
In the framework of VIKO Staff Training Week 45 international guests from 15 countries have visited our strategic partner AmerisourceBergen | World Courier Lithuania last week.
The meeting was opened with thePanel Discussion on the topic of “Gen Z Career and Education. How is this generation special?”. From the point of view of students/alumni, Academia and Business, the participants composed of VIKO and AB community discussed the topics such as:
- What personal qualities do Gen Z have? What can be learned from them? Will Gen Z be successful in making positive changes in the world?
- How do European international programmes and tools shape Gen Z students’ professional career? What is the importance of strategic partnership between HEI and a company for a representative of a Gen Z? What strategies VIKO employs to engage Gen Z students and make lectures more interactive and participatory?
- What do companies have to offer to attract and retain Gen Z talents? What qualities or skills are mostly valued when hiring Gen Z employees? How are Gen Z applicants different from the ones of other generations?
The Panel Discussion was followed by Coffee and Networking as well as the excursion to AmerisourceBergen premises.
