Admission procedure for Erasmus+ students

THE DEADLINES FOR EXCHANGE ARE:

Autumn Semester:
15^th April – Nominations (to be completed by the sending institution)
31^st May – Documents (to be filled/sent by students)
Spring Semester:
31^st October – Nominations (to be completed by the sending institution)
30^th November – Documents (to be filled/sent by students)
 
FOR SENDING INSTITUTIONS:

Please nominate your student via our Online Nominations Form (Only the institutional coordinator at the sending institution is authorized to make this nomination).
 
FOR STUDENTS (who are coming to VIKO for study-mobility in order to study subjects for 5 months)
Please fill the N1-2 forms online and send N3-6 documents via email to incoming@viko.lt before the above-mentioned deadline:

• Application Form (filled online)
• Accommodation form (filled online only by these students, who want to live at VIKO dormitory)
• Online learning agreement (for students from EU countries) OR learning agreement (for students from non-EU countries)
• Health Status Report (filled only by students, who are coming to the Faculty of Healthcare)
• ID card copy (for students from EU countries) OR A passport copy (for students from non-EU countries / students who need visa)
• European Health Card (for students from EU countries) OR Health Insurance purchased for the whole period of the Mobility (for students from non-EU countries)
• Application Requirements (for students planning to study in the Popular Music program).

FOR STUDENTS (who are coming to VIKO or a company for placement/internship)
Please fill the N1-2 forms online and send N3-7 documents via email to incoming@viko.lt before the above-mentioned deadline:

• Application Form (filled online)
• Accommodation form (filled online only by these students, who want to live at VIKO dormitory)
• Training agreement
• Health Status Report (filled only by students, who are coming to the Faculty of Healthcare)
• Transcript of Records
• ID card copy (for students from EU countries) OR A passport copy (for students from non-EU countries / students who need visa)
• European Health Card (for students from EU countries) OR Health Insurance purchased for the whole period of the Mobility (for students from non-EU countries)

FOR STUDENTS (who are coming to study in the Popular Music program)

Please submit following information via email to incoming@viko.lt before the above-mentioned deadline:

• Several video recordings showing playing/singing in different musical contexts or styles (for students from Music programmes)
• At least one recording including improvisation (for students from Music programmes)
• Several video recordings demonstrating musical abilities; audio recordings may also be included (for students from non-Music programmes)
• A short motivation letter describing musical background, interests, reasons for applying and areas you would like to learn or develop
• Current study programme and level/year
• Main instrument/specialisation
• An online interview with a relevant teacher is required in order to assess the student’s musical knowledge and practical level and determine whether they are able to study in the programme (for students from non-Music programmes)

The recordings and application must be assessed by the relevant teachers before you are accepted. Please clearly indicate your main instrument / specialisation from mentioned below:

• Voice; Piano / Keyboard; Guitar; Bass Guitar; Double Bass; Drums; Vibraphone; Violin; Saxophone; Trumpet; Trombone.

In order to ensure successful exchange at VIKO, please follow the above provided instructions – fill forms online and send the requested documents to incoming@viko.lt  before the end of the named exchange deadline.

Appeals

Appeals at Vilniaus Kolegija 

The letter of admission will be sent to sending institutions’ contact named in nomination form and the student after the deadline of admission.

The Transcript of Records will be sent to the student and the student’s home institution’s Erasmus Coordinator within five weeks after the end of the student’s placement or studies.

Assessments and Recognition

For non-EU Partner Countries separate bilateral agreement is needed. If your students are interested in Exchange studies at our university, please inform about them by email: incoming@viko.lt. You will be informed about application procedures individually by VIKO International Relations Office.
