Tuition Fees 2026

The applicant must pay the full annual tuition fee for the 2026–2027 academic year within 10 working days of receiving the Letter of Acceptance.

Refund Policy

Refund Eligibility
The paid annual tuition fee may be refunded if the applicant received a negative Temporary Residence Permit (TRP) decison and did not sign the study contract.
In such cases, the applicant must submit a Refund Request to the Admission Office by email at admission@viko.lt.

Online Studies and Non-Registration
If the applicant started online studies, but did not receive a TRP decision, received a negative TRP decision and did not register for studies by October 31, 2026, the part of paid annual tuition fee will be refunded according to the VIKO Procedures.

Failure to Register After Receiving TRP
If the student received a positive TRP decision and collected the TRP, but did not register for studies in person within 15 working days from the TRP collection, they will be removed from the student list, and the paid annual tuition fee will not be refunded.

Termination of Studies
If studies are terminated according to the VIKO procedures, the student will be refunded a part of the annual tuition fee, only after receiving MIGRIS notification on TRP cancellation.

International Transfer Fee
When refunding the annual tuition fee or part of it, an international bank transfer fee of €54 applies for transfers outside the European Union and European Economic Area. This fee is paid by the applicant.
