You are invited to participate in the Erasmus Exchange Programme!

You are kindly invited to go through a competitive selection process organized at Vilniaus kolegija/University of Applied Sciences. If selected, you can study or do an internship at institutions of higher education/enterprises located overseas.

Erasmus+ selection process for spring semester of the academic year 2016/2017 begins on the 1st of September 2016. The selection process will continue until : 23rd of September in the Faculty of Health Care 30th of September 2016 in all the other faculties.

The second and fourth-year students can participate in the selection process.

Erasmus+ selection process for the placement (internship) programme for the academic year 2016/2017 begins on the 1st of September 2016. The selection process will continue until 30th of September 2016 (inclusive).

The first and fourth-year students can participate in the selection process.

Students of Vilniaus kolegija/University of Applied Sciences, the Faculty of Arts and Creative Technologies, Programme of Cultural Events Management studied at the Constantin Brancoveanu University, Romania.

NOTIFICATION: students who participated in the Erasmus Exchange Programme and did not reach the maximum of 12 months are allowed to participate in the Erasmus+ Study and Internship Programme for the academic year 2016/2017.

Erasmus+ Internship Programme must end no later than September 30th.

The duration of the study period abroad under the Erasmus+ programme: 3 to 12 months.
The duration of the internship period abroad under the Erasmus+ programme:  2 to 12 months.

Students who wish to participate in the selection process should submit the following documents to the International Relations Office (Saltoniškių str. 58. Room 115.).

New opportunities for new graduates of Vilniaus kolegija/University of Applied Sciences for participating in the Erasmus+ internship programme and being eligible to receive the Erasmus+ scholarship since 1st July of the current year.

Applications for the internship programmes should be submitted during the Erasmus+ internship selection process.
Students who are completing their studies in February and July of the current year can participate in the Erasmus+ internship selection process.

The internship must last for 12 months from the date of completion of studies.
e.g.:

  • Graduates who are completing their studies in February can participate in internships since February 1 of the current year. The internship can end no later than on February 1 of the next year.
  • Graduates who are completing their studies in July can participate in internships since July 1 of the current year. The internship can end no later than on July 1 of the next year.

The duration period of the Erasmus+ internship of graduates must be no shorter than 2 months and no longer than 12 months.

Approval of three parties and the scholarship amount

Scholarship amounts are included into the Erasmus+: Erasmus Grants Agreement KA103 learning/teaching/activities Annex III Financial and contractual rules for the academic year 2016-2017 and are obligatory for all the students who go abroad under the grants agreement for the academic year 2016-2017.

Additional support

During the Erasmus study period low-income students are provided with financial support of 200 EUR per month to cover their essential living costs.
A student with special needs (illness/disability) can apply for additional support. Please apply to the Support Funding for the Erasmus+ Programme Students and submit the necessary documents.

  • OLS online language assessment test at the end of the mobility period.
