Who can participate?

All academic staff members of Vilniaus kolegija / Higher Education Institution are eligible to apply for Erasmus+ funding for teaching mobility 1.

Where to go?

List of Inter-institutional Agreements for Teaching Mobility

If you cannot find a suitable institution in the list, you may indicate your preferred institution in the application. However, an inter-institutional agreement must be concluded before the start of the mobility.

How to apply?

Academic staff members wishing to participate in teaching mobility are invited to complete the appropriate application form:

Applications for teaching mobility must be submitted between 1 September and 30 September of the relevant academic year.

The selection of participants is carried out by the Erasmus+ Selection Committee of each faculty, appointed by the Rector. The selection process is completed within one week after the application deadline.

Applicants are informed of the selection results individually by email within two working days after the Selection Committee meeting.

Academic staff members wishing to accompany a group of students to a Blended Intensive Programme (BIP) must complete the designated application form.

Note: Vilniaus kolegija / Higher Education Institution reserves the right to request the return of part or all of the grant from participants who fail to fulfil any of the above-mentioned requirements or who do not comply with the conditions set out in the Teaching Mobility Agreement or Grant Agreement.

Who can participate?

All staff members (both academic and non-academic) of Vilnius kolegija / Higher Education Institution are eligible to apply for Erasmus+ funding for staff training mobility1.

Please note that conferences are not funded as staff training mobility activities.

The selection procedure

Staff members wishing to participate in training mobility are required to complete an online application form.

Unlike teaching mobility applications, which are selected by Erasmus+ selection committees within the respective faculties, staff training mobility applications are evaluated by the central Erasmus+ Staff Training Selection Committee appointed by the Rector.

The application assessment procedure takes one week from the date of submission. Applicants are informed individually about the Committee’s decision by email within 2 working days after the decision has been made.

Staff members wishing to accompany student groups to Blended Intensive Programmes (BIP) are required to complete the application form provided below. The applications will be reviewed by the respective faculty: [Application Form]

Where to go?

Staff training mobility can take place at any higher education institution or enterprise located in a Programme Country, selected by the applicant.

The number of staff training mobility opportunities in third countries not associated with the Programme is strictly limited. Each individual case must be coordinated with the management of the respective faculty or department.
