Admission procedure for Erasmus+ students

The application documents should be filled in electronically, printed, signed and sent to us.

The deadlines for admission are:
Autumn Semester:
Nominations – 15th April;
Students’ documents – 31st May.
Spring Semester:
Nominations – 1st November;
Students’ documents – 30th  November.

In order to  ensure successful registration, please fill online forms and send the requested documents before the end of the named admission deadline. Applications can only be accepted from the students of our partner institutions. Please send all documents to incoming@viko.lt.

The letter of admission will be sent to sending institutions’ contact named in nomination form and the student after the deadline of admission.

For non-EU Partner Countries separate bilateral agreement is needed. If your students are interested in Exchange studies at our university, please inform about them by email: incoming@viko.lt. You will be informed about application procedures individually by VIKO International Relations Office.
