Teachers from higher education institutions (HEI) from Programme and Partner Countries1, which have valid Bilateral Agreements (BA) signed with Vilniaus kolegija / University of Applied Sciences (VIKO), as well as staff from enterprises, are invited to apply for Erasmus+ teaching mobility in any of the 7 faculties of VIKO.
How to apply?
Teachers and staff from enterprises, interested in teaching mobility, are invited to fill in one of the Application Forms, depending on the country they are coming from:
We expect your applications to be submitted no later than 2 months before the start of the planned teaching mobility. Exception: applications for teaching periods in September or October – please submit your applications not later than June 15.
The decision concerning proposed teaching visit takes place in respective faculty up to 2 weeks after the application is received.
You will be informed individually via email in two weekdays after the decision is made.
How to prepare for the mobility? Which documents should be submitted?
Signing the Teaching Mobility Agreement. This is a trilateral agreement, signed by the teacher, the authorized person at sending institution and a representative of VIKO.
You will receive this document after the Teaching Mobility Agreement is duly signed.
What is the duration of teaching mobility?
Minimal duration of teaching mobility:
For teachers from Programme countries: 2 working days (travel days excluded), 8 hours of teaching.
For teachers from Partner countries: 5 working days + 2 travel days, 8 hours of teaching. The duration of these mobilities is strictly fixed: that is, 7 days in total, unless determined otherwise in the Bilateral Agreement between the universities.
What are financing conditions of teaching mobility?
Teachers from HEIs from Programme countries should apply for a grant at their home universities.
Nominated teachers from Partner counties, as well as teaching staff from enterprises, after their applications’ approval, will be granted funding from VIKO:
After the mobility each participant will receive an electronic Certificate of Attendance, with duration and topics of the Erasmus+ teaching mobility included.

For staff from enterprises only: You should submit on-line report. The on-line report has to be filled no later than 30 days after receiving the invitation by e-mail from the European Commission to do so.
All the staff members (academic as well as non-academic) from Higher Education Institutions (HEIs) in Programme and Partner countries2 are welcome to apply for training mobility at Vilniaus Kolegija / University of Applied Sciences.
Please, note, that in case of Partner countries, staff members should be nominated by their home university.
